What are some other ways to respond to someone saying "thank you" besides "de rien" or "vous êtes bienvenue"?

“Avec plaisir.”

“Vous etes bienvenue” is a literal translation of the English “You’re welcome”. I have never heard it used in France.

“De rien” is a translation of the Spanish de nada.

Why is it after eating almonds when I’m occupied, I don’t feel mild itch, but as soon as I have nothing to do, I feel mildly itchy?
